It is our hope that you love your purchase. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your item(s). Please remember, you are purchasing from a handmade goods marketplace, and our items are made by artisans, so they may contain slight variations or 'imperfections'. We find these variations add beauty & exclusivity to your item(s).
- Items you wish to exchange must be mailed back to us within 7 days of your order date (date delivered to you) and the cost of the item will be credited to you in form of Salty Arrow store credit.
- To be eligible for an exchange, items MUST be unused, unwashed, unaltered and unworn, with tags and in original packaging—in the same condition that you received it.
- The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping fees for any item you exchange.
- Item MUST be returned and shipped in same packing (protected against breakage) it was received in, as many of our items are breakable.
- If we receive any item in an unsellable condition, you will be notified and the items will be returned to you.
- Once your exchange is received and processed, we will notify you via email that we have received your item(s) and include the details of your store credit.
- Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has shipped.
ALL discounted and sale items are FINAL sale and are not eligible for exchange.
Exchanges received after 7 days cannot be accepted.
We do not offer refunds, so please follow your inner arrow and purchase what you love.
- Please include the original packing slip or order number with your items when you mail them back.
- Ship back item securely & in original packaging (as you received it).
- Ship your item with a carrier who provides a tracking number to ensure your exchange is safely delivered. We do not accept COD.
